Find your still
A weekend to rediscover you
Professional guides in wellness, nutrition and personal storytelling, will support you to gain a new understanding of how to tap into your stillness.
Return home rested, refreshed and renewed with concepts you can use in your own practice.
There will be daily yoga and thoughtful reflective writing prompts designed to help you reflect and spark new stories of what is possible for you.
No skills are needed, just an openness to dedicate time for yourself.
We will be 12-15 people. You are very welcome to come with a friend, partner or alone. You might find a solo trip helps you unwind and recall all the things you still are.
You'll have alone time to rest and opportunity to meet likeminded people in a small group.
We encourage you to join the activities as this helps create connection with others. It’s also for this reason, we ask that all people staying on site are part of the retreat. We can’t welcome non-participating partners this time.
Your stay
The retreat takes place in the heart of the Eastern Townships, in the quiet town of Shefford, Quebec, just 60 minutes south of Montreal at charming SÔ LODGES. In a warm, welcoming atmosphere, forget the stress of city life and its breathless pace and immerse yourself in the silence and tranquility of nature.
Our modern farmhouse chalets are Premium and Cozy.
Rooms are a mix of single, double and shared lodging. If you wish to share a room please indicate your roommate that when you book.
Mindful-eating
Nourish yourself with delicious locally-sourced, plant-based meals prepared by our private chef who will be at the lodge for the entire weekend. Snacks, coffee, tea and refreshments will also be provided on this fully catered weekend. If you have a dietary restriction, please let us know. The weekend will be alcohol and smoke-free.
Active Rest
A private instructor will guide you through active and restorative yoga sessions. Enjoy hiking and biking trails, evening campfire, dry sauna and hot tubs. Curl up with a book or take a nap. Whatever you chose, this weekend is for you to rest and restore.
